At that moment, he hears a faint whisper by his ear, like the wind gently brushing over the grass, sending chills down his spine.
"Haotian, Haotian..." The voice echoes as if descending from the heavens, separating him from the world around. He snaps back to reality, scanning his surroundings, yet finds nothing. Just as he feels confused, ripples appear on the water's surface, gradually forming an image. He holds his breath, gazing into the water, where a girl dressed in a white long gown appears, her face beautiful, with a flicker of wisdom in her eyes.
"I am the fairy of Yaochi, Haotian." Her voice is as enchanting as music, "I am here to lead you towards the future you desire, but you must first confront the fears and struggles within your heart."
Haotian's heart becomes heavy at once as he recalls the difficult past. When he was a child, he ventured into a legendary mysterious cave with his friends. By chance, they stumbled into it, where a dark force lurked. His friends fled in fear, but Haotian persisted alone, only to have that force tear apart their friendship. The painful memories make it hard for him to breathe; he wants to escape, to forget, yet feels unable to break free.
"Why should I face my fears? Why not let them drift away with the wind?" Haotian screams, seemingly wanting to vent the unease within. This voice serves to rekindle his inner courage.

He realizes that is the temptation of his heart, showing him the comfort of escaping reality, yet it is also a trial he must face. Taking a deep breath, he feels a determined light flash in his eyes. He steps forward without hesitation. His heart tells him that only by facing fear can he conquer it.
As he nears the dark little hole, the air becomes increasingly cold, an invisible force attempting to pull him into the dark abyss. However, Haotian remembers the fairy's words about facing inner fears. He constantly reminds himself to be brave and no longer to escape.
At the moment he steps into the hole, he hears not silence, but a fierce roar of cheers. Haotian opens his eyes to find himself in a space filled with brilliant light, radiating so brightly. He instinctively extends his hands forward, only to be astonished to find that behind him surrounds a group of old friends, their faces filled with anticipation and warmth.
"Haotian, we've been waiting for your return." A friend steps forward, smiling at him. Haotian is taken aback, and tears stream down his cheeks as he feels overwhelmed with emotion and relief.
In this mist-laden place, he understands that only by facing the darkness within can one truly regain the purity and joy of the past. Haotian wipes away his tears, discarding the shadows of the past, and faces his friends with a smile, saying, "I’m back! Let's drive away this darkness together!"
With Haotian's words, the surrounding blue light gradually spreads, transforming into dazzling beams, sealing that terrifying dark hole.
